Football Officials Clinic is instructional, educational and suitable for football officials who are wanting to move up the NCAA level. Whether you are a High School, JUCO, or Division III official, you will find this instruction and quality of clinicians to be beneficial.
This clinic is used to identify and select officials for the Division II, Great American Conference.
The camp will be for three days and include both classroom and field work. Clinics are structured around the school scrimmages. Each clinic agenda will be a little different depending on practice times, which can change with the weather.
You can expect to work scrimmages each day, so make sure you bring all your officiating gear.
Instructors include a variety of Division 1 officials. They will have the knowledge and skills to take your officiating to the next level.
Camp Fee: $400
Each camper is responsible for their own expenses involving travel, lodging, and food.
Dress will be business casual each day for classroom. (No Jeans)
Dress for the field will be black shorts, if weather permits. However, the final scrimmage on Saturday will require full uniform. (High school officials do not need to buy a shirt with placard. Wear your normal uniform.)
Are you a Louisiana High School official? The LHSAA/LHSOA has sanctioned attendance at a Football Officials Clinic for earning credit towards Certified status.
